Interesting find.... higher altitudes might be good to escape to. Could just be there is less “exerting” type activities.... since the body is already working harder.

Need more data. But this comparison should be done to other places.

I used to go backpacking and hiking over 10,000 feet.

I treated my headaches with aspirin.

However, IIRC, people over 65 need to not go up over 1000 feet per day when over 6,000 feet. Pulmonary embolism is not something I want to treat in the boonies.
