So Zeph is mad at me right now because he was explaining how if a lung or kidney fell out that you would be okay because those are part of a pair....

And I started laughing because I got the grossest image of some poor dude walking around with these organs falling out.... no blood or fluids.... but just a trail of intestinal pieces and a bouncing kidney and such.
