Its so they can resume their social life. 100% convinced of this. Also, most stupid people are incapable of knowing they are stupid. Since they dont understand their own stupidity, they believe they are smart. Therefore they think they they are smart. They hang out with other stupid-smart people and the feedback loop is fed. Since they know they are smart, anyone that disagrees with them must be stupid. Hence telling them it isn't over and they look at you like you are stupid-stupid and the feedback loops stomach starts growling.
