i think being healthy helped avoid the original version. that seemed to jump more to sick ppl or those compromies.the new variants are troublesome and harder to avoid. we should tighten protcals.

I'm type 2 and having trouble getting it back under control. I was normal for a bunch of years and all of a sudden, I'm not anymore. Crazy. I've been a day or two away from dying twice. Once when my gallbladder ruptured and when my kidneys failed. I'm not afraid to die anymore. I'm not looking for it, I'm just not giving it priority in my life.
