i haven't gave up yet. but ppl didn't want to move far. some don't like it too warm ,others didn't want it cold.
it is warmer here than UP MICH in winter.

course then how do we vet ppl? not all of us get along all the time.and we did have and i think shills still keep an eye on us.now the price of land and lumber is way high.

still think it can b done and survive this mess. that is assuming the virus does not juump species continually.
