The number of veggies, fruits, and grains you can plant is mind boggling. There is enormous variety; all you have to do is plant some.

When I plant my garden I go with several varieties because I don't know what will survive the bugs, disease, and weather this year.

Another long term problem is poor soil. You can get crops that look good and taste OK, but they lack key nutrients.

I have been improving my soil for 7 years now. It is MUCH better than when I started.
