All of them were sick prior to 2020. Personally, I've seen very few acute/new cases of diabetes, heart disease, renal disease, etc. They all put off care due to fear of contracting covid if they went to the dr's office. Many physicians only did telehealth visits and you can't properly treat someone over the phone/computer. Some of these people were vaccinated, had covid, not vaccinated and never had covid. No clear correlation with covid other than putting off treatments.
