Months of treatment delays have exacerbated chronic conditions and worsened symptoms. Doctors and nurses say the severity of illness ranges widely and includes abdominal pain, respiratory problems, blood clots, heart conditions, and suicide attempts, among others." If we get there… Let’s add that not a single public official has come out to publicly explain that allergy sufferers are technically immune compromised. (Faceplant). Immunocompromised may need a fourth COVID-19 shot, CDC says Less than 50% The CDC authorized a third dose or certain immunocompromised people 18 and older in August. It said a third dose, rather than a booster — the CDC makes a distinction between the two — was necessary because the immunocompromised may not have had a complete immune response from the first two doses. A study from Johns Hopkins University this summer showed that vaccinated immunocompromised people were 485 times more likely to end up in the hospital or die from COVID-19 compared to most vaccinated people. In small studies, the CDC said, fully vaccinated immunocompromised people accounted for about 44% of the breakthrough cases that required hospitalization. People who are immunocompromised are also more likely to transmit the virus to people who had close contact with them. [link to www.kcci.com (secure)] |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 81054410 10/27/2021 02:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | There was no way to foresee this issue… /s/ For some reason there has been a huge increase in people on the road where I live, which is Eastside Cleveland. Quoting: T. Twister Even back when the city was populated there were far far fewer drivers on the road than there is now. It's totally inexplicable as it's like super rush hour all day long. Major streets are packed with cars like there's a concert or a sporting event, although there is no major business around and the houses are mostly empty. We talk about it every time someone goes out of the house, it's that bizarre. And it isn't just that the streets are packed, people are driving like maniacs. Everyone speeds, most people go through red lights long after they've changed, people crossing double yellow lines, people aiming their cars right at you, everyone seems super aggressive behind the wheel, blowing their horn, speeding up on you. It's like nothing I've ever seen. There is almost no police presence anywhere. And following the scanner on Twitter, there are serious accidents several times a day, often during the day, but of course at night also. Is anyone else experiencing this? |

JB is nothing but a mouse on a wheel chasing a piece of cheese that is just out of reach. The whole issue of "when is payment made?" depends entirely on how the contracts are written. The idea that someone doesn't get "paid" until the goods in question reach their final destination is simply not true. There are any number of variations that are routinely used. "FOB" means "free on board", "FAS" means "free along side", etc., etc. If I had a dime for every large contract with a foreign buyer I negotiated I'd have a lot of dimes... I'd routinely get 35% downpayment, meaning I got 35% of the value before I did a single thing. I'd get 55% when it left my factory for wherever it was destined for. I'd get the final 10% after delivery and installation. Please don't assume money isn't flowing regardless of what might be sitting on a ship or how long it's been sitting there, that's simply not necessarily an accurate assumption to make.
