The moon travels that fast at its circumference, but we're talking about its shadow moving on earth, not its circumference.
Did you even watch the video? Even if you did, you obviously didn't understand any of it.

I thought the point of the video was to "show the relation of the earth moon and sun" as it's described in the caption, yet the moon and sun are nowhere to be seen during animation.
