The moon is moving fast relative to the a line between the sun and earth.

It should be pretty obvious. Sorry? Are you trying to say something? That video explains in easy to understand terms why the place where you can see solar eclipse travels from west to east. It's quite simple, really. So there's no need to argue over it.
