US Govt will implement Fedcoin based on Blockchain Technology, mainly to combat the soon to be digital Yuan that China is going to roll out.
US Govt will give people a certain length of time to convert Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc into fedcoin, or, lose it forever, as Government will then make private blockchain / digital money illegal... the fed gov will not tolerate competition in the counterfeiting arena.
