Undernourishment my ass. The USA has the fattest black people on the planet. Why are they still as dumb as the next guy?

This means that they do get enough food to support better brain development. The Subsuharan African average IQ of around 70 is 15 points lower due to lack of proper food during development Malnutrition effects more than brain development, it almost always stunts physical growth as well, and there's plenty of very large professional athletes, who are also very dumb, or at least they appear to be when giving interviews. I don't know, maybe they're really smart, but they just can't put their thoughts into words.
