Well, if you're a female then a little extra estrogen is maybe not the end of the world though. These dudes that survive exclusively on soy protein though... not so masculine. You have to be an idiot to exclusively exist on anything. Protein intake is myth unless you are a high level athlete. You guys know jack shit and are mindlessly repeating what you heard on the internet. You have to consume an insane amount of soy for it to have any feminizing effects. Also the estrogen in soy is a different kind of estrogen than what you are thinking. Men have estrogen. Women have testosterone. Do some real research. And being vegan doesn’t mean you eat soy. You can have a very enjoyable diet being vegan without eating any soy. You seem a bit... hormonal.
