Also the estrogen in soy is a different kind of estrogen than what you are thinking. Men have estrogen. Women have testosterone. Do some real research. And being vegan doesn’t mean you eat soy. You can have a very enjoyable diet being vegan without eating any soy. You seem a bit... hormonal. No that’s how you read it because you’re an insecure bitch
