You have to consume an insane amount of soy for it to have any feminizing effects. Also the estrogen in soy is a different kind of estrogen than what you are thinking. Men have estrogen. Women have testosterone. Do some real research.

And being vegan doesn’t mean you eat soy. You can have a very enjoyable diet being vegan without eating any soy.
