1) Stop watching porn and looking at pics of naked chicks
2) Stop masturbating, completely
3) Start taking cold showers, as cold as the dial will go, every morning. (This will help tremendously with being able to do numbers 1 and 2.)
4) Start going to the gym. Learn how to do compound movements with free weights, such as barbell squats. This will increase your testosterone enormously.
5) Stop smoking, if you do. Stop drinking alcohol, at least for awhile while you increase your testosterone level. Cut out all sodas, junk food, etc. and start eating a lot more healhty, organic food. Grass-fed beef is an excellent option. Men need to eat red meat. This will also boost your testosterone level.
6) Try to get 15 minutes of sun on the front of your body and 15 minutes of sun on the back of your body, with NO sunscreen, every day. This will do so many positive things for your body, in additioni to increasing your testosterone level, that you won't believe it.
7) Enjoy the massively increased interest from women
