Power and network infrastructure. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79316086 I don't know many people that expect those to hold up when everything comes tumbling down. Once we are all "offline", the only true value is barter for goods. Ammo, food, water, silver and gold, etc. Crypto is as good as a 10K dollar bill when it's all hand to mouth and shooting those that want to take everything you(physically) have. This is the reality I've been preparing for in a Bidenized post-Trump world. :madmax: I've got a V8 Interceptor. Let's roll. |

I just let the ignorant people who know nothing about crypto hurrdurr their way through. I’ll let you in on a secret- crypto trading right now is about finding the next Bitcoin before the government decides these things can no longer exist. On a smaller scale, it’s about speculation and knowing how to ride buy-ins and sell-offs to make quick, easy money. Is it real? About as real as a debt based economy. But that isn’t the point. If you’re intelligent, you can make money. If you’re stupid, you sit in the sidelines and pontificate about things you don’t really know anything about. |

Forum Administrator 02/23/2021 09:35 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This cycle is ending. BTC runs in cycles. Only trading opportunities at the moment. Next target I have is $38K, with a trading bump. There will be several trading bumps along the way. I expect next cycle, BTC will touch $250K, plus or minus a bit. That will not be for around another 18 months. That said, make the choices that work best for you. Know when to take profit, know when and which ones to hold. Better yet do the 80/20 strategy. Sell/swing trade 80% and hold 20% long and grow the position with a few trades here and there. That being said, this drop occurred thanks to F2Pool, who dumped $1.8 billion in BTC on the market in 1 hour. It will recover. |

It's almost like they want to punish themselves for not getting in even though we are still early. They don't understand that they need to stop counting their wealth in dollars. Try and get as many sats as you can. Just buy a little at a time. Just keep adding to the number of satoshis you have. Little by little. Set a goal. Start by trying to reach 1 million satoshis. Then try for 10. Even if the price goes up or down, try to keep adding to the pile. You're still early. |
