Just WTF are armed German troops doing on US soil?
We should just kick every foreign soldier out so that UN can't use them against Patriots.

Except you forget that any countries troops on our soil can operate under UN law and get a pass... There's more inertia to that. If you have Russians or Chinese troops, they'll answer only to Russian or Chinese governments.
