I had not been looking at that 60 days post inaug... I'll look for the 2019 declaration reference... or if anyone can find it, post it please. I found Wikipedia discussion on the SOTU speech and as of Feb. 23rd, the date is still to be determined TBD. The Wiki article is slated for deletion as well for some reason. I don't trust Wikipedia but I do use it as an indicator of how intel is thinking.

i did a search, and the description of the 2021 SOTU is listed as "Unnoficial State of the Union Address".
