If you don't chase p&ds it's a useful app. Everyone acts like RH is the only one who restricts buying on certain volatile stocks. TD did it and I believe fidelity did too. These exchanges have always let you sell the stock, just not buy it. Yeah, I guess it depends. Earlier, I was mostly commenting on restrictions for limit orders to be within 50% of last trade.
