It was held next to the National Mall and was timed to specific moments when Trump was sworn in.

You could hear in the background the speakers and the roar of the crowd.

In January 2021, none of that was done for Joe Xiden.

For one thing, his salute was done at Arlington Cemetery and followed the format of less important people, including foreign dignitaries. The special group used for full-honor 21-gun Salutes at President Trump's inauguration was absent at Xiden's.

Something is very wrong here. Mainly that Xiden isn't speaking in Mandarin Chinese, which is an insult to his handlers.
