How come Sweden, Norway and Finland are so heavily forested even in their far northern parts even up to the Arctic Ocean
while Russia, Alaska, and Canada at the same latitudes are barren, completely treeless tundra with no trees growing within several hundred miles while in Scandinavia trees grow all the way up to the Arctic Ocean?
It's very strange.

Re: How come Sweden, Norway and Finland are so heavily forested even in their far northern parts even up to the Arctic Ocean
After the Gulf Stream meets the cold Labrador Current, it joins the North Atlantic Current, which transports the warm water towards Europe, where it moderates the European climate. It is estimated that Northern Europe is up to 9C warmer than expected because of the Gulf Stream, and the warm water helps to keep many northern European ports ice-free in the winter.

Oh, and Toad hiding from the police by hiding in the basement when they were looking for him shows he knew they were coming for him. Why would Toad hide in the basement? Toad also did the same thing when they arrested him in 2015, he claimed later he was "looking for a lost cat". AMAZING on two different arrests, they found Toad hiding in the basement under the pretense of looking for his cat.

Interesting question.

I think it's a difference of climate in the end. Remember, the western coasts of Europe are heated by the Gulf Stream;

Siberia covers a very large area.
Southern Siberia has a lot of trees and forests.
Northern Siberia however, is very barren and treeless.

Kind of like how southern Alaska and southern Canada have lots of trees and forests, but the northern parts of Canada and Alaska are very barren and treeless.

If you look at the map, most northern point of Finland is same latitude as where Siberian tree line stops. Barren land starts around Novaya Zemlya.

Re: How come Sweden, Norway and Finland are so heavily forested even in their far northern parts even up to the Arctic Ocean
An interesting fact
Summertime temperatures are actually more important to determining whether treees can grow or not then wintertime temperatures.

This is proven by the fact that the coldest temperatures ever recorded in Russia, Canada, and Alaska actually occured in the forested areas rather than in the tundra.

In fact Russia's coldest ever temperature, which occurred at a town called Oymyakon, which is south of the Arctic treeline in the Boreal forest, is even colder than any recorded on in Greenland, and the coldest outside of Antarctica.
This is because despite having temperatures that can plummet to -90° in the winter, can see temperatures reach into the 90's in the summer.
The parts of Alaska and Canada that see the coldest wintertime temperatures ( as cold as -80°) can see temperatures reach into the 90's in the summer.
Because of the warm summers trees grow in these places despite such brutally cold winters.

About the coldest temperatures the tundra areas of Alaska, Canada, and Russia see are about -50° to -60°.

This is probably because these areas are closer to the Arctic Ocean, which keeps temperatures warmer in the winter than areas far away from the Arctic Coast.

However summertime temperatures are also much cooler, often dropping below freezing even in July and August, in the tundra, which is why trees don't grow.

As for Sweden, Norway, and Finland from what I hear they are actually quite warm even in their northern parts compared to Russia, Canada, and Alaska at similar latutudes.
Even the northernmost parts of Finland, Sweden, and Norway can get into the 90's and parts of those countries can get into the 100's in the summer.

Sweden, Norway, and Finland are also much wetter, stormier and more humid than Alaska, Canada, and Russia too.
Sweden, Norway and Finland have a climate similar to the midwest of the US despite being at such a northern latitude.

Unstraight men hum a frequency from their nether regions. Most women are biologically structured to accept and love these frequencies and thus you get women shoving dildos in their men because this frequency is like morphine for them. They give up on sex and eat the frequency like sweet ice cream. Science at it's best.

I hate this type of woman and will do nothing for them.

True story.

You're absolutely right, My Foolish Daydream.
I believe that is clearly predictive programming.
Did you know this? NIN's lead singer, Trent Reznor, once lived and recorded in the Los Angeles home where members of the Manson Family brutally murdered actress Sharon Tate — director Roman Polanski’s wife, who was eight months pregnant at the time — and four others. Reznor dubbed his home recording studio “Le Pig”, a reference to the word “pig” having been written in Tate’s blood on the home’s front door by one of the killers.
