I've always found Finns to be very similar to Swedes and Norwegians.
In fact you often can't tell a difference between a Finn from a Swede and Norwegian.

And yeah Icelanders are pretty similar culturally and lookwise to Scandinavians.

But Greenland most certainly not.
What type of drugs is the person that says Greenland is similar to Scandinavia taking.

Greenland is mostly eskimoes, who aren't even white let alone Scandinavian or Nordic.
There might be a very small number of Nordic people in Greenland that are descendants of the Vikings that are unmixed with eskimoes, but they are a very small minority.

Greenland has about as much in common with Nordic countries or Europe for that matter as Turkey does or Mexico has in common with the U.S.

Also Finland is connected to Sweden and Norway.
So it would make logical sense for Finland to be Scandinavia.
Yet it isn't.
Denmark on the other hand isn't even connected to Sweden or Norway.
You have to cross miles of sea to get from Denmark to Sweden.
It makes no logical sense for Denmark to be considered Scandinavia.
It would make much more sense for Denmark to be considered a Germanic country than a Scandinavian country.
Especially since Denmark is connected to Germany and like I said you have to cross miles of sea just to get from Denmark to Sweden.

Finns are pretty much exactly like Swedes. Sure, they use a sauna more often, but that's not much of a cultural difference.

The Finnish language is completely different from Swedish and other Germanic languages though. I'd say it's that language barrier that keeps the nations apart more than anything else. Some Finns know Swedish, but practically no Swede understand a word Finnish.
