But if that doesn't happen...I should but the REITS now and just let the inflated Money Supply from the Democrook theft plan fake relief shit carry me. Your thoughts? Reits are good but I'd be avoiding commercial right now myself. |

The thing about that though...is they might not be able to rent them in the short run, but the run up in value for the property (considering the inflation) can compensate for that. And if the pandemic eases off (as historical norms tell us....despite what the idiot-moron-dupes of liberalism are being told by their masters) we may have a 2 or 3 qtr run in economic activity. |

Ehhh. There's going to be a glut in retail, warehouse and manufacturing space for quite a while IMO and the dems are just too deadbeat friendly as far as residential renters go to suit my tastes. Have you considered self storage units? At least you can recoup part of the debt by auctioning contents. AFTER reconnoitering for any unexpected gems of course. |
