Clown world Belgium - textile face masks distributed by government retired from pharmacies

The textile masks the Belgian government made freely available in pharmacies apparently contain toxic particles and so the government is telling people not to get them anymore, and those still available will be taken back starting tomorrow.

But as one interviewed spokesman was saying on TV, one of those toxic particles is silver... that was included in the manufacturing because of anti-bacterial properties (silver does have anti-bacterial properties and in recent years has been included in pyjamas in hospitals, in UK I believe).

Do you get the Belgian way of thinking? Silver was included in the fabric of those textile face masks because of its anti-bacterial properties but is being warned against because it is toxic.
