When I look at weather modification patents, then look up at the skys, I don't need someone calling every one else "nuts" to tell me what am seeing.

The more relative humidity in the atmosphere, the more persistent the trails.

HAARP heats the ionosphere. Heating the ionosphere creates a low pressure zone right under the localized heating. Think microwave. This then changes the air patterns under it (warm air rises). By doing this you can steer various weather patterns. Bring fronts together, make super storms, create cyclonic weather patterns, etc. This is all happening now, for about the last 25 years. (If you study weather patterns over the years, you would notice the change.

If you add a conductive mixture to the area being heated (or just under it) your results are enhanced.

There are many other applications (radar, etc) that also work better with a conductive mixture.

You can see the grid trails laid down out out over the pacific west coast (think massive drought California area had a few years ago).

There have also been a number of studies on why the west coast fires are burning hotter then previously, in these studys, they have found elevated aluminum amounts in the soil. Aluminum doesn't exist in nature naturally, the elevated amounts are from what is falling out of the air and doesn't stay suspended.

This is actually happening, the patents exist for this, and it started back in the mid 90's.

Interesting, they don't do this in certain areas (one being where they house the b2's). Can't have that crap on the skin of the plane (I'll let your intelligence work out why).

Weather modification has existed since the early 40's. With the years they've refined and improved their technologies and techniques.

The proper term is called Geo-Engineering - Look that up and there's plenty of proof showing modifications to airliners and military planes for the purpose of weather modification.
