I don't know if you're referring to me (changing the subject) but I've always thought women are poor leaders in general for the reasons I cited. I've seen it repeatedly in private industries and orgs as well as govt. I think women are good in support positions, as analysists or lower level administrators but I just don't think most women are capable of higher leadership, like POTUS. A very few might be but far more will turn out like an Angela Merkle. I've believed this for many years.
