Visa and Mastercard experiencing outages again today! What up with that???

After the Fed went down the other day, Visa and Mastercard are still having outages today...Don't have time to post a pic but just google Visa/masterdown down and see the detector sight if interested.

The timing seems fishy... with all the news in crypto right now.

Are these outages just antics to help usher in the Digital currency, because our old SWIFT system is a dinosaur?
