A Freemason friend warned me to stay indoors on December 22

I've been reading this site recently and didn't think much of all these warnings. Then a friend told me that the sun is going to erupt on 22-12 and cause widespread damage and loss of life.

He says this takes place exactly every 11,000 years and 3 and a third months. I asked him why more people didn't know about it and he said there's good reason not to cause panic.

Please don't flame me -- I thought long and hard before posting because my friend asked me to keep it quiet. I just thought it worth mentioning in case you want to be on the safe side.
