Question about masks and employer liability
Question about Masks:

When employees are forced to wear masks for extended periods of time and they begin to show the negative results such as Hypoxia, Pneumonia, etc.,. are not then their employers legally liable for damages?

Can employers be sued then? They are forcing their people to wear masks against their will.

I wonder if the Covid Vaccine could be treated the same way.

If you employer forces you to get it and you get sick, then are they not liable.
