I'm near a military base so it's really bad here. I suspect a lot of the homeless are projects gone bad and abandoned by the department of defense. They seem easily influenced by drugs and fall off with the meth pipe. But they still have them in every building gathering Intel.

I just moved to San Diego last year from Texas and this is some of the most insane shit I have ever seen. I honestly don't expect anyone to believe it. I don't know anyone here and wasn't sure if anyone would know what the hell I'm talking about. All I know is SanDiego was supposed to be nice. The streets smell like urine and shit. The homeless have quadrupled since August. 5-10 of them I can see or hear out the window at any time.

People have been getting the hell out of my building since I got here. Especially all the very wealthy ones. I will be next. Smells like genocide to me.
