Our Governor has a phased reopening plan so most of our schools are doing remote learning. A few schools (in rural areas) are open but most teachers are doing remote teaching. Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new one that suits them better.
