For Brazil reality will be difficult. I've read many books on people and plagues. The Gre@t Influenz@ by John B@rry (yes it's a bane thing) his main point is the govt and media never portrayed the real numbers of fatalities and conditions. Government searched for the cure but kept people in the dark as to how many people were infected and died. The people were left on their own in 1918.

Brazil is at this point. As long as there is food and clean water, the facade can be maintained. If this breaks down, the ghettos are sealed off and left to their own fate, from what I have read.

Stay out of the cities is my best advice. There's no actual coverage from the media in the clinics. Lots of vaccine talk. How bad things become doesn't match the 'living the dream' or Pinterest reality we have created.
