Expanding earth starts on page 5 but it is all worth reading if you have the time. Although he is a published scientist the reciprocal theory is not his. He is trying to explain it in ways the average Joe understands. Oh, I know. I wasn't making fun of it. I liked the paper, but my background is finance and law, not science. Also, I'm a housewife so I thought it was funny.
