How many volcanoes are there in the world, and how many erupt in a given year? I have lived near Mt. Fuju, on two Hawaiian islands (they are all volcanoes), and Mt. Vesuvius. That is apropo of nothing, just kind of neat.

People get into the argument of whether or not it's dormant. If it's dormant it is a pile of rocks. Dutchsince always finds unnamed volcanoes near earthquakes.
