Re: Cervical cancer, anyone have experience with this?
My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cervical in September 2019.
 Quoting: Shamanik

Stage 4 means it has spread to other places?

Really sorry to hear that, how is she doing now?
 Quoting: Rorschach Watchmen

She had spread into her lungs and lymph nodes. She had some serious chemo first and she started to use RSO. After the treatment her lungs are clear, but still in the nodes. Her main tumour shrunk 90%. last autumn she had radio therapy which shrunk the main tumour again. We was told from the beginning it wasn’t going away but is treatable. She is doing OK thanks.

Re: Cervical cancer, anyone have experience with this?
Wife just got diagnosed after a month of biopsies and ongoing issues, it all started with a routine merena birth control removal, then culminated to this.

We are waiting for an oncologist to get ahold of us this next week and determine what stage but it looks like it was caught early.

She’s only 35 and we eat very healthy, exercise all the time.

Just curious if any other ladies on here have had any experience with this.

First of all, I am sending a lot of love and light to your wife and you.

Two years ago I went through a cervical cancer scare. I had a LEEP procudere to have the abnormal pre-cancerous cells burned off my cervix. But I was told that since the LEEP didn't get all the bad cells, I might have to have my entire uterus removed! I was only 35 and haven't had kids yet.

Upon that very scary news, I did a lot of independent research and was able to completely reverse the remaining abnormal cells (stage 3 pre-cancerous cells). Here is a summary of my research and what I used to heal myself, apologies for the wall of text, I really am compelled to share and help other women!

This one article and podcast was extremely helpful to me, please check it out even if you skip reading my lengthy reply!!

IMPORTANT INFO: First of all, know that Cervical cells are squamous cells and are constantly shedding and generating new cells. Much like our skin cells, we shed them and regenerate them constantly. If you were to get a pap smear every day, each one would be different because the rate of cell re-generation is fast. So this one bit of information should give your wife a lot of hope-- there is a huge window to regenerate healthy cells and simply shed the unhealthy ones! So keep that in mind.

The following are the supplements and herbal remedies I used with great success:

-FOLIC ACID: get Quatrifolic methylfolate, which is the most biologically active form. Even your doctor should tell you Folic acid plays an important role in cervical health. Its a known fact. Just make sure to get the biologically active form so it is absorbed.

-B-COMPLEX VITAMINS, specifically B-12

-SELENIUM

-Green Tea Extract: standardized to 500 mg ECGC

-Indole-3-Carbinol

-Alkaline Water: I drank purified water with a ph of 8.5.

-No-sugar diet

Herbal remedies:
-Lemon Balm: in tea (loose dried leaves) and tincutre
-Thyme- tincture
-Astralagus- tincture
-Turkey Tail and Reishi mushroom: capsule or tincture, double extracted

I also had an amazing herbalist/chinese medicine doctor make a special salve for me to insert vaginally. I placed it on one of those new menstrual disks which sit right up on your cervix. It contained:
-dragon's blood resin (which is a resin from the bark of a tree found in the rainforest. Look it up there are so many studies on its antioxidant and potential anti-cancer properties!)
-Calendula
-Helicrysium

These are the supplements I used and had success with. There are so many more out there that might work better with your wife's body. Every human body is different!

Above all, I practiced calming my fears and truly thinking positive. Breathing exercises, gratitude prayers and genuine optimism. Trusting in God. Knowing in my heart that I could beat this.

I wish your wife and all women out there health and healing.

Re: Cervical cancer, anyone have experience with this?
My girlfriend is 28 and just heard last week that she probably has cervical cancer. Something about hormone levels being consistent with cervical cancer. We'll find out more this week hopefully and get a more definitive answer. This "probably" thing has me annoyed though. I want a definitive answer and solutions.

Was kind of a shock to hear but sounds like there's a lot that can be done so that has me optimistic.

Re: Cervical cancer, anyone have experience with this?
I was diagnosed at 30 after having some ongoing issues for a few months. Had mos tofu my cervix removed. They wanted me to havea round of chemo and I declined. I had a golf ball sized tumour on my cervix.
That was 23 years ago and I’ve had no problem since.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78433837

Ok wow, I can say for sure that she was told no tumors but they can confirm it is cancer. The biggest worry they have right now is if it has spread.

Read Ray Peat’s articles. He’s a biologist who has been following scientific research for decades. He says many so-called “healthy” things like polyunsaturated fats cause cancer:

Yes, she had precancerous cells since 2012, but when they went to remove her mirena last month they did a pap and discovered some abnormal looking tissue, they biopsy’d the area with a conical punch and was diagnosed cancer last Friday.

Re: Cervical cancer, anyone have experience with this?
Just stop... Listen.

Cancer takes decades to develop. Once the doctor tells you the news, you are in shock, and they want to perform either surgery, or give you chemo asap. In the case of tumors, they want to cut open (these quarantine devices), and your dead in no time.

Cancer doesn't move that fast. Make no rash decisions.

Cancer is beatable without their BS. Take a deep breathe.

Spouse and I just took our anti cancer treatment this morning. It's been a long while, so I happened to think, why not today? Should be a maintenance item.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 21096826

No, there are types that are fast and invasive. For a cancer to be diagnosed as cancer means the abnormal tissues and cells are already present and already staging. Early diagnosis equals early treatment.

My cousin was clueless she had cancer of the bones and lungs; she was diagnosed by December in 2019 and passed away by April 2020. It was a very sad event and everyone one by one took turns to say goodbye looking at her through the glass mirror in the hospice due to Covid. Still I am saddened.

I had uterine cancer stage 1 and when the doctor recommended bilateral total hysterectomy, he asked me if I want to think about it. I was at the point where I wouldn't be missing the organs so I signed the surgical papers right away. Of course it was shocking but if it is curable then it is a relief if the treatment was the surgery. It was 4 years ago and I am fine. I was under dr's surveillance for 3 years every 4-6 months and it was welcomed. I am not on any medication for it .

I think if you ask me if chemo was recommended, I still can't answer honestly because I have some reservations about that.

I would be praying for your wife's healing and may the good Lord guide you both on what course to take. Godspeed!

They did a cryosurgery of the cells in 2012, but told her she was now at a higher risk for cervical cancer.

Honestly after the good news we got today I’m just on cloud nine knowing we caught it early and they have a plan that involves no chemo or radiation therapy’s.

We already couldn’t have anymore children, so the hysterectomy isn’t a massive loss for us. We have been working towards adoption but this might set us back a little.

God I’m so sorry to hear about your cousin, but this is exactly why I’m so happy today hearing it’s early stage and an easy treatment.

Not “easy” per se, but compared to chemo we are both very happy.
