The law is kill or be killed. Every man for himself. You have a 50-50 chance or better that anything you do you will get away with; but you have a 75% chance of getting in trouble if you say anything in a crowd of more than 1-person. If you have somewhere else to go, you should already be there. Heavy drinking is a new national pastime. It has replaced having some semblance of a life, a modicum of liberty, or friends.
