The Israelis have sufficient air to air refueling capacity, as does the US and the Saudis, to provide any necessary support for long range missions. Cruise missiles are easier. The Israelis have plenty of those. Biden has publicly announced "Palestinian Initiatives" and a possible reset with Iran.
