Dominion is probably merely sabre rattling because by saying they are going to sue, it appears they are innocent when everybody knows that is not the case.

If he's expecting to present evidence at the scotus then he needs to talk to a lawyer, which he obviously hasn't yet done.

Evidence is produced during discovery before the first trial.

Appeals courts & scotus usually only go over the facts & procedures of the original trial.

I do think there was fraud but I don’t think that Lindell’s Absolute Proof video proves the fraud. However, I appreciate his effort. And I wouldn’t count him out. He is a smart guy. Normally a company as ingrained with politicians as Dominion would destroy a little guy. But Lindell is a fighter and smarter than they think.

Hope it does go to court, will be very interesting .

Threatening to sue is always a good offensive position, especially when you have more money to stay in court then your adversary. However, Lindell has a lot of sympathy and supporters and would be able to fend off a suit.

Of course, Lindell could sue them first for defamation as they have basically called him a liar. If Lindell was 100% sure that Dominion would be exposed, feels he has the backing, that would be my route.

The depositions and interrogatories would take years before anything was truly known. Probably during that time, Dominion would morph into another company and it would quietly go away some years down the road.

Whatever you say about Mike Lindell, this guy fights for what he believes in and puts his money where his mouth is. All of us lazy ass Patriots should do the same if we don't want to live in the land of Venezuela.

The big question I have is if his case somehow makes it to the court, what is the remedy?

There doesn’t even need to be evidence. Trump had roaring crowds everywhere he went and Biden had town halls of 20 people. No way almost a 100 million would rather vote for Biden than an independent or someone else. No way, no fukking way it’s even .001 % believable.

If Dominion actually follows through on this threat, Lindell will have the right to subpoena their records and bring all this to light. I don't see anybody removing Biden, except the demonrats. Voiding the election would be the right thing to do, but it is very unlikely. Holding a new election would be the only way to make it right. Unfortunately, the best we can hope for is a small improvement in election security. I think we are stuck with the fraudulently elected regime that will ultimately have Kamaltoe (heals up) Hairy-ass running the show.
