Maybe because we have seen how corrupt the lower courts are. Judges believe that they can make law and destroy people's lives just because they were appointed to the bench. In most cases they were appointed as political favors, not because they were Constitutional scholars. It is easy to anticipate a lower court ruling against Lindell. I believe this will go to the Supreme Court, and they will have no choice but to rule on the election fraud.

That's why Dominion will never actually file the suit. Lindell should sue for slander, and claim damages in the millions. The object of the statement from dominion was designed to do maximum harm to his business and his personal life.

While true that during a defamation or slander suit the parties have the opportunity to prove that they told the truth and the other side can show it as false but the burden is on mike to prove the multitude of allegations he spewed are true.

I hate to provide you with the news that Dominion as well as Smartmatic have ALREADY filed the lawsuit. January 28th a 126 page lawsuit WAS officially filed with the Clerk of Courts office.

Keep in mind, that Team Kracken has been to court four times and whiffed four times at arching lobbed air balls. In at least two of those appearances the courts have received motions to disbarr Powell, and other members of the Kracken Team are also facing action from the bar which includes disbarment procedures which is unlikely as they rarely punish their own, however censure, rebukes, and temporary loss of licenses are on the table.

So your misinformation is just that, misinformation when clearly the lawsuit has been filed, the pandemic has delayed many court proceedings as well as the process service. And it's not necessary for mike himself to be filed, simply a certified letter to his attorneys is sufficient.

The Kracken Clan has a few rough years ahead of them. At this point, the pandemic is the best thing going for them as it will delay any proceedings for awhile. Lawyers for MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell are dodging requests to hand over discovery material for Dominion's $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit, according to a court filing in the sprawling defamation case.

In a filing submitted to the judge Monday night, the other lawyers in the case said Lindell's lawyers stopped showing up to meetings designed to hash out a schedule for the case the day after Dominion's lawyers served them with a request for documents.

"Lindell and MyPillow's change in position on whether the Court ordered and the Parties engaged in a conference presumably reflects their effort to avoid responding to requests for production Plaintiffs served the day before," the filing said.

To move the cases forward, Nichols in September ordered all the parties to meet and hash out a schedule for the discovery process and additional motions. According to the new filing, Dominion wants Lindell, Giuliani, and Powell to hand over documents related to the statements they made about Dominion in media interviews, as well as depositions.

But after attending a few scheduling meetings, Lindell's lawyers informed the others on January 6 that they didn't want to participate in the scheduling conferences anymore.

Lindell's lawyers said they were planning to appeal to the Supreme Court Nichols' rejection of their motion to dismiss and that they wouldn't participate in discovery until then.

And of course Mike will be filing that appeal with evidence to the Supreme Court within two weeks. SCOTUS will then vote 9-0 to reinstate Trump.
