Cruise missiles are subsonic...so depending on their altitude yeah they should. A ground hugging cruise missile would be a harder target.

Russia should shoot down Israeli jets flying over Lebanon and firing missiles at Syria. Israel could thereby NOT claim they were attacked because their jets were over Lebanon.

The Israelis are like a little boy, bullying others under the threat of his big brother (USA) coming to defend him.

It is long past due for the Israelis to get a bloody nose for what they've been doing to Syria.

Shooting down a couple IAF jets would put a stop to Israel immediately. The Israelis cannot handle being directly confronted.
