I got a call from an acquaintance that lives in Ecuador...in Cuenca.

I lived there some 5+ years ago and almost froze to death I was so cold. They don't have heaters in their homes like we do in the US. I used a propane heater with a large propane tank that had to be refill every 3 days.

Well, this person told me that it is getting colder in Ecuador in Cuenca and she has moved to a warmer area of the country.

Heck,,,,,I think Ecuador is about on the equator. They have 12 hours of day and 12 hours of night.
