Do not forget you can water fast for a few days, to save money

Just do not eat anything except drink water, very important

It will actually do your mind and body some good. Your body will use ketones for energy.

And I am not kidding

Saves money also

If you feel hungry, drink a glass of water

I know, I wish I could be near you and I would help you

But that is the best I can offer

I have done multiple 3 day water fasting

And 7,8,9 day water fasting

But a full 72 hour sunset to sunset would be perfect for you

Once or twice a month.
