His acceptance of the nomination speech at the democratic national convention had obvious edit points in it so that means they had to run through it several times and edit together the parts where Joe was still lucid together. They cannot uninstall Biden just yet. While everyone alive could see he is in major cognitive decline throughout the entire campaign, the left continued to act as if it was fake news. Uninstalling him now would prove everyone was right and he never should have been the nominee. They hid him all campaign because he's sick, everyone knows it, republicans now it, democrats know it, the media knows is, his secret service knows it, senators and congress knows it. They need several more months of hiding him and having his wife tether him around so he doesn't wander off.

Also, on a side note, they changed testing thresholds on PCR tests to a much less sensitive number in mid January (on inauguration day I believe) to bring down the positive Covid case count. The cases are plummeting because of this. They aren't touting these stats yet because again, not enough time has passed to be able to take credit for this. They will let it go for a month or two then claim Biden administration solved the Covid pandemic when all that was done was decreasing the threshold number on the PCR test that eliminates the 75% cases being false positives. American people are mostly too stupid to even dress themselves let alone understand what the CT is on a PCR test.... The test that was never meant to be used for this purpose in the first place according to the test's inventor.

No president, Trump included, has given their first SOTU address until more than a year after they took office. Biden has been in office about six weeks now.

All presidents in recent memory have addressed a joint session of congress in their freshman year and have done so by the end of February.
