Smoked Oysters for Zinc now and then. Probably should eat a can a week.

5000mg D3 at least a couple times a week when I can remember.
Same with a Red Krill oil pill.

Emergen C usually once a day. I do not drink sugar anything so it is my treat for the day.

I am scared to take a multivitamin because I think if you take too much it messes with your prostate.

I recently heard on NPR there was a study done that shows Vit D, C, and zinc have no effect on preventing Covid

true just practice moderation with vitamins especially the fat soluble ones. C D Zinc from what ive read seem to be very good at protecting from severe cases.

Don't forget to not being infected with mycoplasma like 2/3 of population...or you can take all the d3 you want you ain't going to use it.

I eat oysters weekly and take 15,000 iu of d a day which cured my asthma. Zinc is an antidepressant and is critical for immune function. You either must eat it or supplement or both.

NPR is bought by pharma and the Koch brother (s) now. I am liberal and I never listen to them anymore. I have bookmarked at least 25 very good, credible medical studies saying Vit D is key to not getting COVID and keeping it mild if you do get it....

All those things support the immune system which should be the main focus.
