Why aren't you on the national Do Not Call registry?

Although, I get a lot of TEXT messages asking if I want to sell...apparently the DNCR doesn't apply to text messages, only to phone calls and voicemails.

I don’t answer my phone.

I get these BS calls and contacts all the time.....The few I responded to are just fishing for stressed owners.....they are offering a low ball cash deal.....

It's not just houses. Recently they bought a huge piece of land in Texas.

This is alarming. They are buying up America. They also buy businesses.

They are pulling these numbers from Public Records Offices. They know the owners name and address and are just robocalling to try to make buys.

So US records aren't safe from Foreigners digging into our shit.

Like other posters stated, ask for the moon....they always make it sound like a limited time offer and need the property ASAP....I always ask 5 mil for my 2 mil investment property....tell them for 5 mils, I leave that day.....they can keep the stuff in it.....lol.....alas, no takers....

For the past couple of months ive been noticing in my city that every house ive seen go up for sale gets bought up, literally, within a week.

Then last night when i was delivering newspapers they had an article about exactly that, and home prices are skyrocketing because of it.

When they buy the houses, they remodel them as necessary even if they have to take it down to the foundation...It's good for the economy...

The company that called me was from Mauritania AFRICA, offshore. China and Islam are LAUNDERING using other countries to buy up real estate. This allows them to avoid local laws and restrictions.

In my daughters neighborhood there was a house that hadn't sold for a year. Suddenly a Muslim man and his American wife moves in. They are trying really hard to fit in and act normal.

me too! I hear that the online home sellers are offering pretty close to what you would get through a real estate agent (within 1-2% of their selling prices), plus less paperwork... It might be a great option, especially if you want to sell fast!
