I’m hearing a sound Richard or Richmond, although I hear Portland following so I’m going with Richmond.
I’m also hearing “river runs through it” Iv heard this before, film or song, has some meaning to you within it.
Then I see hands coming together, someone is encouraging others to clap, like of a leadership. This I feel is religious setting. I’m getting a female in this leadership. She is very strong in her voice but also passionate about what she offers. I feel she will make an approach towards you. Has a genuine offer of support to you. I’m picking something up about you showing tell tale signs on the outside of you or how you are coming across, this will draw her towards you to reach out.
