"Dr" Ten Penny is a chiropractor. Not even a real doctor. What does he know about virology?

To be an osteopath, you have to be a MD first. Her knowledge of virology seems to be well beyond what any ER doctor or osteopath would have, but it doesn't seem to be one of her professional qualifications.
