I recall listening to a Joe Rogan episode after I had recently started a job and failed a test. The job let me continue working, but told me I'd have to be tested again in the future to ensure I was good. Everyone was completely miserable at this place.

In the episode, Joe talked about how he would refuse a job that tested him over something like that. I felt he was making valid points. I decided the job wasn't for me, and called them up to let them know. That shifted my career into an entirely different direction, and now I'm doing what I feel I was meant to do.

You never know, this may be a divine intervention or message from the universe. What it truly means will be up to them to decide.

When I was a teenager who smoked wayyyyyy more weed than anyone should need to smoke I was drug tested weekly for 5 months. At the end of 5 months, I shit you not, I still had detectable levels of THC in my system.

Employers who do drug testing are racist. The rapper Snoop Dog has inspired many black people to enjoy smoking a little marijuana to relax and be happy. So employers who drug test are specifically targeting blacks.

50ng is the cutoff. The employer cannot set the level where they want. The manufacturer of the testing procedure sets the cut off. I am unfamiliar with any procedure that can read < 50. Most read pos or neg and do not quantify. Not sure about gas/liquid chromatography.

I would like to state how unfair testing for THC is. Most serious drugs (cocaine, meth, opiates) take 24 to 72 hours to clear the body. It takes at least 14 days to clear smoking 1 tiny cigarette of pot from the body. The test does not indict that someone is high only that they have used pot in the past 2+ weeks.

Say some novice tried pot one time, didn't like it, decided not to do it again and took a test for a job within 2 to 3 weeks not knowing they would still test pos and failed the drug test.

One article states there are almost as many pot smokers as tobacco smokers. 33 to 55 million in the States.

I once bought several of those drug piss test kits at Target.
It took 3 months to test completely clean. I smoked the super potent weed from a dispensary. I live in a legal state.
I only smoked 1/2 joint a day for 3 months and developed DPDR, I felt like I was on an acid trip mixed with severe paranoia for 4 months. It eventually went away. I miss it, but don't want to risk getting DPDR again. I couldn't work or drive a car for 4 months.
