That is my arm now; broken for 7 months User ID: 73973130 United States 03/06/2021 10:31 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | +5, Effing Fascists going after a picture on a piece of metal. Some three letter agency employees only have two digit IQs. In example: We currently have a Canadian border member that the US DEA spent over one-half million dollars to track, surveil, and invade the privacy of. Then after all that money spent the DEA discovered he was Canadian so his home growing activities were legal. And now he can't enter the US as he is a 'plant terrorist'. Last Edited by Louis in Richmond on 03/06/2021 10:32 AM Until your military service has required you neutralize enemy combatants and invaders in the defense of your country, don't presume to tell us that have defended you that you don't support every shot we fired to eliminate that enemy. |

They're just not the same without you giving some type of project bluebook style debunking. Quoting: Shamrock00007 I grew up with guns. I've always loved guns and in fact today feels like a great day to spend a little time at the range. |

Guess he got raided because he ordered like 20 diesel oil filters. Then he explained to the FBI he was a commercial mechanic that worked on trucks and big rigs. That's such BS. |

What's the deal with oil filters? There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true. |

What's the deal with oil filters? There are some Chinese made "fuel filters" that are actually suppressors or can be turned into them easily. roguetechie |

Quoting: Astromut [link to www.autokeycards.com (secure)] Be careful, if he was really arrested by the ATF they may try to go after anyone who buys any of these things. We don't know yet why he was arrested but there are rumors this was the ATF and they're going to claim the autokeycard is itself a machine gun part or proves intent to manufacture. Basically, an autokeycard is a piece of metal with an outline on it of the shape you would need to cut out in order to create a lightning link. Once cut out and dropped into an AR, you turn the AR into a full auto rifle, the ATF now considers it as a machine gun. Even if you just cut out the lightning link the ATF will consider that a machine gun part and if you don't have a manufacturing license for that then you're going to be boned. Autokeycard never described what the purpose of that metal key card really was nor how to manufacture it into a machine gun part or what to do with it if you did cut it out. All it was, was a piece of metal with a drawing on it. That was it. Here is a website that describes what a fully manufactured lightning link does. [link to silencer-sales.com (secure)] Autokeycard was meant as a novelty, a way of protesting against the ATF while staying within the bounds of the law. The joke was that this piece of metal was the size of a credit card that you could keep in your wallet to show your solidarity against the ATF without technically having a machine gun part in your possession. This seems to have pissed the ATF off and now they seem to be coming after the owner of the company. The next logical step is for them to start coming after anyone who bought one, so if you bought one keep that in mind. definitely keep it in mind if you actually went through the process of cutting it out and turning it into a lightning link. We don't know yet for sure if he was arrested by the ATF or if it was an unrelated charge, but I'll try to keep this thread updated once I find out more. If this really was the ATF and if they really do try to charge him with selling machine gun parts, then that means it is illegal to sell this drawing on a piece of metal, even if the intent is just to create a novelty and not provide any instruction or direction on how to manufacture a machine gun part. While I absolutely understand people's frustrations here, the ATF has absolutely no checks on it's actions anymore. If you're going to do something like this as a "protest" you should realize and understand that it could put you in a position where it's either stand and deliver or do a federally mandated 10-25 years if you back down when the atf shows up to call your bluff. Also, remember that with federal charges you will do 87% of the time you are sentenced to bare minimum. I'm not saying don't do it, I'm just saying that you need to understand the magnitude of what you're doing if you do. roguetechie |

I got scrap wood, I got a printer. I think the people buying this were under the impression they would get a 3d printed replica or something. It seemed like an innocent project, I even thought I could knock out a few. While chatting with a friend I mentioned this display case and he let me know that that was I guess an auto seer, like sure its a display case, but you use the holders as a functional piece to make it auto. anyway, auto card guy is dumb...he should have sold that as a pill crusher and line maker...hed have nothing to worry about |

I hope these organizations rally around autokeycard because I know the NRA doesn't have the balls and is too busy wasting their member's money. I hope the owner fights this and doesn't plead out. The ATF needs to be spanked in court. |
